Freshly Painted Garden Shed

The weather cooperated and last weekend David painted the garden shed!!!  It’s all done now, and I love how it ended up.

The trim color is called “Tempered Sage” by Valspar and we picked it out because, well, it was on the same paint chip as the main color we chose.  And the contractors were able to reuse the hardware from the original garden shed doors, which makes me happy.

(Side note: the contractors still have to add some trim around the doors, which will be three slim pieces of wood, and then we have to paint those, but then it’s actually really done.)

We are still a long, long way off from having a garden-able area but we’re making progress!  Next up: getting a water source from the well or the house to near the shed.  It’s never ending around here!!  :)
